• Country refers to: Andhra Pradesh, India
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, 12-132, Main road, Pedda Devaram Padu, Ammanabrolu, Ongole, Prakasham, 523180. VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED is the parent company that owns and operates the Arentzo platform.
• Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.
• Platform refers to the Arentzo rental marketplace platform, which acts as an intermediary connecting Service Providers (who list items for rent) with Renters (who rent those items).
• Renter means a user who uses the Service to browse, search, book, and rent items or services from Service Providers.
• Service refers to the Application or the Website or both.
• Service Provider (also referred to as "Provider") means a user who lists items, products, or services for rent on the Platform. Service Providers may be individuals or businesses.
• Rental Transaction means any booking, reservation, or rental agreement made through the Platform between a Renter and a Service Provider.
• Terms and Conditions (also referred as "Terms") mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
• Third-party Social Media Service means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service, including authentication services such as Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Facebook Login.
• Website refers to Arentzo, accessible from https://arentzo.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. You may be a Renter, a Service Provider, or both.

Platform Nature and Role

Arentzo is a rental marketplace platform owned and operated by VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. The Platform serves as an online marketplace that connects Service Providers who wish to list items, products, or services for rent with Renters who wish to rent such items, products, or services.

Platform as Intermediary

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The Company acts solely as an intermediary platform facilitating rental transactions between Service Providers and Renters
• The Company is not a party to any rental agreement between Service Providers and Renters
• The Company does not own, control, offer, manage, provide, or supply any listings, rental items, or services offered by Service Providers
• Service Providers are independent third parties and not employees, agents, or representatives of the Company
• The Company is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any Service Provider or Renter
• All rental agreements are directly between the Service Provider and the Renter

Data Sharing with VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

All data collected through the Arentzo platform, including but not limited to personal information, transaction data, usage data, analytics data, and any other information collected from users, is shared with and maintained by VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, the parent company that owns and operates the Arentzo platform. VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED may use this data for:

• Operating and maintaining the Arentzo platform
• Processing transactions and generating invoices
• Improving and developing Our services
• Analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
• Marketing and promotional activities (with Your consent where required)
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Any other purposes described in Our Privacy Policy

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

User Accounts

Yes, users can create accounts on Our Service. When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-party Social Media Service.

You may register and sign in to Our Service using Your social media account credentials from third-party providers, including Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and Facebook Login. By using social media authentication:

• You agree to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the respective social media provider
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of Your social media account
• Any activities conducted through Your account via social media authentication are Your responsibility

Account Types

Our Service supports the following account types:

• Renter Account: For users who wish to browse and rent items or services from Service Providers
• Service Provider Account: For individuals or businesses who wish to list items or services for rent on the Platform
• Dual Account: Users may operate as both a Renter and a Service Provider using the same account

Account Verification

To ensure the safety and security of Our platform, We may require users to complete verification processes, including but not limited to:

• Email address verification
• Phone number verification via OTP (One-Time Password)
• Identity verification through government-issued identification documents
• Address verification
• Business verification (for Service Providers operating as businesses)
• Document verification (driving license, vehicle insurance, registration certificates, etc.)

Service Providers may be required to complete additional verification before listing items on the Platform. We reserve the right to reject or suspend accounts that fail verification or provide fraudulent information.

Account Data and VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED

All account data, including registration information, verification documents, transaction history, and usage data, is collected and maintained by VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED. By creating an account, You consent to the collection, storage, and processing of Your data by VELORIA TECH (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED as described in Our Privacy Policy.

User-Generated Content

Yes, users can create and/or upload content on Our Service, including but not limited to text, images, photos, documents, and other media files.

Types of Content You May Create and Upload

• Text Content: You may create and submit text content including but not limited to:
  • Item listings with titles, descriptions, and specifications
  • Reviews and ratings with written feedback
  • Messages and communications through Our Service
  • Profile information, business descriptions, and service offerings
• Images and Photos: You may upload images and photos including but not limited to:
  • Profile photos for Your account
  • Listing photos for rental items (multiple photos per listing)
  • Review photos to accompany Your reviews
  • Document images such as identification proof, driving licenses, vehicle insurance, and registration certificates
• Files and Documents: You may upload files and documents including but not limited to PDFs, images, and other supported file formats for verification and documentation purposes.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content that You create, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through Our Service. You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to use and authorize Us to use all content You submit
• All content You submit is accurate, truthful, and not misleading
• Your content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• You have obtained all necessary consents and permissions from individuals appearing in Your photos or content

Prohibited Content

You agree not to create, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringes upon any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any party
• Contains false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Is spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional materials
• Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or misrepresents Your affiliation with any person or entity

Content License and Ownership

You retain ownership of all content You create and upload to Our Service. However, by submitting content to Our Service, You grant Us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of Our Service.

User Content vs. Company Content

While You retain ownership of the content You create and upload to Our Service (as described in the User-Generated Content section), You acknowledge that all content, features, and functionality of the Service itself, including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, images, text, software, and other materials, are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Feedback and Suggestions

Yes, We may implement any feedback or suggestions We receive from users. We welcome and appreciate Your feedback, comments, suggestions, ideas, and other communications regarding Our Service.

Use of Feedback

By providing feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Us, You acknowledge and agree that:

No Compensation or Credit

You understand and agree that We may use Your feedback and suggestions without providing You with any compensation, attribution, or other consideration.
